Mary Claire Arbilo is a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York since 2005. She has earned Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Bohol in the Philippines (1999) and holds a Doctorate Degree from Dominican College in Orangeburg New York (2016).
Her interest in physical therapy was medically inspired by her parents and her passion was drawn out to help people with disabilities. She believes in the total holistic approach that focuses in analyzing and improving flexibility and strength achieve long-term health benefits and optimize quality of life.
Mary Claire was born in the province of Bohol, Philippines, in the country’s Central Visayas region and moved to New York City. Her hobbies include sports games like volley ball, table tennis and badminton.
Mary Claire’s clinical experience includes Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation. As a Licensed Physical Therapist she evaluates patients’ functional deficits and deformities and she educates them on how to regain, improve and maintain functional status on activities of daily living in a home, work or public setting. As a physical therapist, she is an industry expert in the application of therapeutic modalities such as TENS, LASER, cryotherapy, mechanical traction machines, ultrasounds, hot packs, paraffin wax, stretching machines and others.
She contributes to her community by actively participating in programs or events that promote good physical and nutritional habits so people can improve their overall health and outlook in life. She aspires to live in a society where everyone reaps all the benefits of a sound mind in a sound body.
Dr. Jung-tak kim is a New York–licensed acupuncturist and is nationally board-certified in Acupuncture. He works as a Professor in Anatomy and Physiology at JK Massage Academy for 2 years. He speaks English and korean fluently.
